Corporate Cinc is an international culture cohesion advisory firm founded by leading culture transformation expert June Sarpong OBE.
Why Corporate Cinc
Our mission is to help companies maximise their productivity and better serve their customers by unleashing the full potential of all of the talent within its ranks. We believe the most effective way to accomplish this is through a truly inclusive culture.
Inclusion is the most fundamental challenge for any corporate entity seeking to safeguard the future and increase its share of global markets. Companies require, within their ranks, leaders and employees with a degree of empathy that engages both internal and external stakeholders. In a media age of increasing accountability and customer scrutiny, a company perceived as shadowy or out of touch can leave an organisation dangerously exposed and ill equipped to respond to reputational challenges.
A priority for businesses must be to develop talent with the ability to understand a consumer base that is increasingly more diverse with priorities that often compete. An organisation that is representative of wider society whilst containing a wide range of expertise will be best prepared to meet the new challenges of commerce. Thus providing companies with robust governance that protect their brand and ability to authentically engage with complex global issues.
To be fit for purpose in a rapidly changing business landscape, a modern forward-facing organisation must obviously have individuals with exceptional competence in their area of expertise but also be made up of individuals from a range of backgrounds that bring unique insights and perspectives. Creating the kind of company culture that allows this level of diversity to thrive admittedly is not easy to attain but certainly achievable with the right strategy, tools and insights.
